Show some kindness
There is no need to be abusive and offensive to those who have lost their loved ones. There is a massive difference between what you call a Pikey, and a Romany. Romanies care very much for each other and losing one of their own is a very traumatic time, old traditions and a deep love for their families help them to overcome the pain and the hurt, people like the one who wrote Pikey, should be ashamed of themselves, all they have done is inflict more hurt and pain.
As a gorgio, I am offended by what you have said, I find it racist, and insulting. Leave the Romanies alone or at least try to learn from them and their lifestyle, if only you could see that they are unique in their own way of life, and are to be respected, like we all wish to be respected.
To all the Romanies who read this, please do not think that all gorgios are like this person who wrote that insult to you, we are not. God Bless you all, and stay as you are true Romanies, please keep your traditions and way of life, we are richer for it. xx
